Ordered for his kindergarten child. They are very large, so it is better to take 1-2 sizes smaller. These are really good shorts for school. Excellent stuff.

I was very disappointed in these shorts. It was an odd length. There were midi lengths. My son didn't like them so I decided to return them.

Before purchasing this item, I took my son's measurements and followed the size chart. Waiting quite a long time to get an item only to find out it's huge. So now I have to either buy another set or adjust them.

I don't know who in the green land of the gods thought these shorts had to be so long. There will definitely be a return. I'm not sure I can even give these ports (trousers/shorts) away for free.

Bought these for our son for his first job at a local nursery. Aside from the stains that have already appeared due to the amount of dirt and GA clay it's endured, they're holding up well. We bought him a few more pairs as they cost so well now.

No factory seam like pleated shorts. The overall sizing (fit) is not comparable to the pleated shorts - they run smaller - but the length is as expected.

Uniforms are compulsory at my children's school. I used to buy Land End, which is the uniform supplier of choice, but after washing, the shirts became "shorter" (if that makes sense) and the material became thinner. Most importantly my 11 year old would crack his butt on a brand new pair of bottom pants! Over the past year, I've swapped pants and shirts for french toast and noticed a difference. Pants don't tear, shirts don't get thinner and don't shrink. French toast is the best!

I ordered these shorts for my son (7th grade). The shorts fit well. He's lean and has room to grow. Shorts hug the knees. I was surprised he liked her. I expect he will get a lot of wear and tear from them and use them next school year. Great price and value.

This brand has always had quality clothing at a great price. I would recommend trying on before buying. I thought 10 was too small and chose 10 huskies, they fit well. The shorts have belt loops so they can be tightened. I could go with the regular 10 but they will grow to them within a year.
