I wish I had the same results with my child's hair as other reviewers. My child has lush, thick hair, mostly straight but slightly wavy, and about shoulder length. This product made my kids hair very dry. The mats after her bath are FUN. I have to start understanding each growl as she keeps complaining. I have been using Burt's Bees shampoo and body wash for my babies for 3 years and now toddlers. I noticed that my daughter's hair looked greasy at the end of the day. I don't think the shampoo rinses well. I found this one mainly because it's free of bad stuff and I'm so happy with it. It rinses out a lot better and my daughter's hair is so soft and fluffy. And so on until the next wash! The smell isn't very strong, but that's probably a good thing because it's more natural.

I wish I had bought it 4 years ago! My 4 year old has very fine hair. She screams and cries every time I brush her. I don't know why it has good reviews. I ordered it thinking it was healthier for my kids and many said it also detangles hair but I haven't had the same results. My kids have very fine, thin hair that gets tangled easily and it didn't help the tangles at all. I also thought that the natural ingredients would keep the product from building up on their scalps and after using it on them for a few months they keep getting flakes. I would not buy it again and recommend it to a friend.
