Looks real!

I like them, they are easy to apply. Was looking for a vintage jazz bass. You can't even tell they're stickers unless you examine them carefully. Doesn't affect playability in any way.

Pros
  • Easy to apply and remove
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Take your time. Best accessory

Looks pretty decent for stickers. I adjusted the pair to fit me the way I wanted. One big tip: be very specific with your placement. They are very easy to apply, even slightly crooked, and will not come loose or re-stick.

Pros
  • No more glue after you peel off the stickers
Cons
  • Some bugs

They really work!

I wasn't sure about these things but after playing too many gigs in low light I got tired of fiddling around and looking for tiny dot markers for frets to search and I decided to try these decals. I have to admit that they look quite "real" from a short distance and make a huge difference in neck visibility. I don't know how long they will last, but for $10 I'll buy them again.

Pros
  • Existing dot markers can be covered with stickers
Cons
  • Mostly ok but...

looks good. not too difficult to use properly.

I was concerned that after playing for a long time, the strings might eventually become twisted or wear out at the edges. But that doesn't seem to be a problem with block markers. More complex designs may have problems, I don't know. But edges and corners rarely, if ever, touch the strings. And they look good and I don't read any complaints from others. I don't think I would use them on an expensive instrument, but they grace my smaller guitars.

Pros
  • Don't get your fingers caught while playing
Cons
  • Repair

One concern I had was that the strings would curl or fray at the edges after long periods of playing. But that doesn't seem to be a problem with block markers. Little money, nice touch

I bought a very cheap guitar as a prop for a YouTube video I was making. For $100 the guitar was very well made. Looks great but the fret markers on the fretboard were very small making it difficult to find the right spot on the fretboard. I wanted some large pearlescent fret markers that looked like they do on really good guitars. Anyway, they're covered in plastic. Shiny and quite believable. Others say they look cheap until you come back about 10 feet. I bet I could have another bassist play

Pros
  • No more glue after you peel off the stickers
Cons
  • Only available in black
