soothing and revitalizing

I needed these 6 years ago! I have been breastfeeding for almost 7 years straight with 4 kids back to back. These masks were the perfect addition to my self care Sunday and soothed away the tenderness that comes with a clusterfeeding, teething baby!I am definitely going to be adding these to my basket I give to all new moms.

Pros
  • I could tell an increase in my milk supply after using these.
Cons
  • These did nothing for engorgment. And they are only one time use. Don't waste your money.

GET THEM FOR WEANING!

DUDE. Get these for weaning. I have been insanely engorged, cannot even carry my baby around from the stabbing, burning, feels like a million punches to the boob pain…I put these on while almost crying from the pain of just removing my bra, and IMMEDIATELY the masks went to work relieving the pain. I went from so much pain I could barely bend over or move my arms, to cleaning my house and snuggling my baby. They feel so cold, and definitely saved my night. Buying more for tomorrow!

  • This is so good and such a relief on the breast. The sheets also great quality. Great to do once a week.

  • It just didn’t work for me.

Soothing for engorgement with pleasant scent

I’m at that interesting stage of postpartum, after the 4th trimester, solids are being introduced and my body is continually adjusting for different changes. This morning, I woke up early with some slight discomfort in my breasts. I was so lucky I had these new Frida Mom Breast Mask for Engorgement to test out! Be Careful on my review.

I had hoped this would work, instead j woke up the next morning to a horrible reaction anywhere the mask had touched my skin. Inflammation, pain and itching along with hives, please be cautious and do a skin test on your inner arm, instead of helping lactation this has caused a dip due to the reaction.

I don’t really think these did anything… had I known about cabbage before I bought these, I would’ve used that. That's my review.

  • TREAT YOURSELF: Apply to clean, dry skin. Chill for 20 minutes. Remove masks + gently massage extra serum into skin (avoiding the nips).

  • May not work for every breastfeeding mother

Easy to use, sticks to breast well, and left skin soft but I honestly don't think it made a difference in my supply during my next pump session.

Worked wonders: my feedback

I had to stop breast feeding because I wasn’t making enough at all for my son so it was getting stressful and basically wasting time (I know that sounds awful, but I was getting less than half an ounce at each pump). When I decided to stop my breasts hurt SO bad. I tried everything! These were the only things that worked. I put them on for about half an hour before bed and in the morning I felt amazing.

  • RESEALABLE PACKETS: One boob less milk making than the other - use one mask at a time, place unused sheet in sachet + reseal for up to 2 days for next sesh.
Cons
  • Requires time to apply and leave on, which may be difficult for busy new moms

I was so surprised by how well these work!I got double my normal output during my afternoon pump and all I had to do was wear this for about 30 minutes beforehand. So easy to use!

MUST HAVE ON HAND FOR BREASTFEEDING MAMAS!

Way easier than having to put cabbage in your bra. Seriously, this is something we have needed for a long time and it is finally here. So soothing and actually works. It is so easy to use and I will forever have these on hand throughout my breastfeeding journey. This is going to be one of my go to's for gift baskets for my new mom friends.

Don’t waste your money on this!

I received this item and used it the same day it came in I can say there is good reviews about it but in my experience with it my milk supply was good enough to where I can feed my baby from my boobs but after I used this my milk supply dramatically dropped and I’m very upset about ugh this product now my baby is very fussy because he’s not getting enough milk and it’s making me frustrated and now I have to find a different way to increase my supply I tried to get a refund but they need both…

Wish I had them sooner!

Love this product for giving your milk a little boost! It boosted my supply about 1/2 an ounce on each pump the day I used it 👍🏼 It also has a nice cooling effect! Plus the price is great! I’m now 10 months into breastfeeding & I wish I would’ve had these at the beginning!

Minimal relief: my feedback
