Frieling G2041 Infuser Removal Bottom Review

Prepares hot coffee very quickly and is easy to use. I like everything except the cover. It's useless. A handle at the top would be nice.

Easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning, looks good and is perfect for the thermos I was planning to use it with. My only complaint is that the top, which I plan to house the brewer in so I can reuse the leaves, is difficult to remove without simply throwing it away (and pouring out the tea with it).

Most tea brewers are too small to work well in a kettle and this is an exception. And it has another unique selling point. The lower part can be unscrewed, which makes it much easier to remove pieces of tea leaves stuck in the corners. It was hard to find this brewer on Revane; for some reason their algorithm doesn't promote it very high in the search list, so I just hope it doesn't get lost on consumers. This is a great product.

This tea strainer has a fairly fine strainer that worked well with all loose teas except one that I tried (one tea had tea dust seeping through the strainer). I love that the base can be removed for cleaning and that the "lid" can be used as a coaster when you remove the strainer from the mug. I didn't fully close the strainer while making tea; It seems like it will be very tight (and potentially difficult to remove). I recommend this product.
