Filter features: Rated capacity - 200 gallons (757 liter) with an indicator light; WF3CB length is 9 inches, not to be confused with filter ultraWF, which is longer. Min/max operating temp: 33 F - 100 F (0.6 C -38 C). NSF 42, 53 and 401 certified to filter out contaminants: Tested and certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI Standards 42, 53 and 401 in PureSource 3 for reduction of the claims on the performance data sheet. Basic, but increase your "Prime " gallons to at least 3G to get rid of the nasty stuff.

Quick and easy replacement in my fridge . Things to note: 1. The instructions say you need to "prime" it by running at least 1.5G through the water to clean the water of all items. I found that too little. I ran at least 3.5G to get rid of what I could see in the water very easily.2. You will hear some strange noises during this prime time, almost like air or tension. It's okay, it ends.3. The water tastes great. Easiest water filter change I've ever had.

Ideal replacement filter

Identical replacement for the factory filter that was in my fridge. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of instructions. A quick google search and a youtube video told me that I had to lift the ice maker lever to the off position, then insert the filter to push it out. And then how to wash the new filter. After replacing and flushing the line, it works great. The water tastes good, even warm or after a night of inactivity. My city water has a strong chlorine smell and bad taste and thisโ€ฆ

Order Frigidaire ULTRAWF Filter instead of

Originally ordered this item in 2016 and it has worked great. I ordered it again to replace the old filter for regular maintenance. The water was cloudy even after dispensing several gallons. Changed to a replacement, thought it might be an accident. The water was still cloudy even after a few gallons were spent. I requested another exchange to help the seller when in doubt but was charged a restocking fee of $11.96. So instead I ordered a Frigidaire ULTRAWF fridge water filter sold byโ€ฆ

No No No: Fridge Parts & Accessories

I have a ZeroWater sensor that tells me how many particles per million are in the water. My ZeroWater filter can take 174ppm of tap water and take it to 000. It filters all types of impurities down to 000. For comparison, Deer Park bottled water shows 64 ppm. This can be dirt or minerals. The sensor simply detects particles. The well filter at my work produces water that reads 32 ppm. The water coming out of my fridge with this water filter installed shows 170ppm. Let me remind you that heโ€ฆ

Official replacement for Frigidaire?

Received 4/14/2020 and installed 4/19/2020. The filter can be easily removed and replaced. New small non-stop leaked. Remote control. Installed old, does not flow. Causes: Did old hard o-rings or plastic scratch the o-ring? Visually everything looks the same. If I replace the old filter and then put it back in the block I have a small leak after 3 days. O-rings I think! Big! RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT: Installed on 05/16/2020 11:36 BUT measured everything with calipers and slide rules, even theโ€ฆ
