Super strong! good for tent accessories

This is much sturdier than I expected! Screwed into the ground through rocks and roots, a longer screwdriver had to be used to apply enough force. I was expecting it to break but everything went without a hitch! Used to secure benches, plan to use them as a pool cover bracket next year.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Can't give 5 stars, drive tool is missing!

Mainly for soft floors. but I used them in the harsh desert. After scraping the top of the tough dirt I was able to screw in some of them and they work great! Be careful! Although it says it comes with a powered tool, the mines don't! You can use a screwdriver to screw them in!

Pros
  • A lot of positive emotions
Cons
  • There are minuses

Great product, worked well as described and arrived quickly.

Great product and worked well but only gave 4 stars because one of them broke into the ground while digging. To be honest I would suggest making sure the soil is soft enough first and if it is clay soil using a small amount of water at the stake site can prevent this! We did that with the others.

Can work in well-aerated lawn.

These are not good. They aren't stiff enough to move effectively over rocky ground. I pre-drilled the hole with a long drill bit designed for this purpose. When driving, the elastic deformation of the plastic means that 1/2 to 3/4 of the rotation is lost, which is why they romp on the spot. I broke one of them under load in a light wind. The product is deeply disappointing. The attachment points at the end were good but otherwise a complete failure as a stake.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • slightly torn

Walk through gravel ground.

I used these to attach the L shaped tubular steel legs of a polythene (tarpaulin like) garage. A few years ago the space used was a gravel lot, now with mud mixed into the top 3-4 inches of the surface. I placed 2 of these (1 on each side of the 4 "L" corners and then ran wire between them at each corner. The stakes, including the set, had 1 large span? (like multiple "spans" on many dogs with attachment devices and would not penetrating the ground in any way. There have been several days with…

Works great, better than pound rates

These rates work great. I use them for assembling inflatable boats outdoors. Before using this type of screw I used thicker plastic inserts. During the winter I had a serious problem driving (and then removing) the driving poles because the ground was frozen. They also asked me to remember where my hammer was. From time to time I would hit the small lateral tongue of this other type of pole with a hammer and break it. Not the end of the world, but annoying. These tariffs work much better. They…
