I had to send this back because the legs weren't straight and it wouldn't be safe. I was also disappointed because it is supposed to hold the weight and my cat is strong. But unfortunately I returned it.

I love the look and design of this raised cat bed but I don't like the fabric. It feels like burlap, so it scratches. My cats scratch it because it reminds them of the fabrics their scratching posts and coasters are made of. You tear it apart.

I think this is a simple but cute cat hammock style cat bed that has some solid wood dowels with metal threads running over two rectangular legs connecting them and also the fabric in place and hold position. . I think the rest of the equipment is pretty decent too, and Kitty likes that. Thanks and hope this helps!

Very easy to assemble using quality materials, nothing flashy or ugly. Most importantly, my car started straight away and already loves it. This is exactly the size and shape that construction cats love. If your cat likes the classic Scratch Lounge, chances are she'll love this one too.

To be honest, my boys (cats) have about 15 beds scattered throughout the house. All sorts of things - cat houses, soft beds, trims, shelters, etc. And they use it. none of those. Until this one came. Now they are fighting for it. I may have to order a second one. For some reason they love it! One sits on top and the other sits underneath like a bunk bed. Highly recommended. Also sturdy, my Hank is a big boy :)

Our 2 year old Squiggly Wiggly would never use a cat bed, finally I saw this product and decided to give it a try. As soon as I assembled it, it was his, right next to my putter chair. Then I decided we needed another one for our bedroom, the 2nd had just arrived, he was sniffing the box, sat in the box while I put it together and now he's sleeping right at my feet. The only thing I don't see about the hammock is that it should be bigger! Seriously, I didn't even bother with the instructions. Only 4 screws to assemble. As another review notes, there is a design flaw in the hammock portion. In order for the hammock to be removed for washing, at least one end must be unscrewed. I just throw a little blanket over it.
