💡 Efficient Replacement Light Globe for Amazon Microwaves – Fulfilled with Quality Review

The old lightbulb in our Sharp microwave had a wider light plug. This world doesn't exist. However, the bulb just closes the circuit and works fine. Buying 2 wasn't much more than one, the hardest part would be remembering where I put the 2nd when I need to change a lightbulb.

Two pack. I have a Panasonic NN-SU686S built into my microwave. All I had to do was remove the outer cover of the microwave. Pull out the two wires (blade type) from the back of the lamp assembly. Remove the two screws that secure this lamp assembly to the frame. Then simply assemble in reverse order, being careful not to damage the flat cable connection on the back of the lamp, and voila!

I used it to change the lightbulb in my Bosch HMB5050/01 microwave. Works great! The original lamp has two different sized pins, one larger than the other. This replacement has two smaller contacts. This is not a problem. The smaller pin fits perfectly into the larger plug. You might not even notice it if you make the swap yourself. Judging by the photo it comes in a small box in a soft envelope. Both bulbs worked, but one had a broken socket. The instructions on the box said to email them directly. Easy to install, just as bright as the original bulb. In addition, new lamps have exactly the same lettering on the base as the original lamps. This worked in my 2014 Kenmore 405.72123310. Some installation tips: Wear gloves when removing the microwave case or working on the back of the oven. From what I've read, microwave ovens have a capacitor that can do a lot of damage even when the oven is unplugged. I took the cover off ours to figure out what replacement bulb I needed.
