Not what I expected. Falling apart is easier than I expected. Do not wash as thoroughly as they will spoil in the wash. They can still be used after washing but disappointed with the quality. It's like they're "recycled," but as such, they're also disappointing.

They are great for cleaning a table or countertop. But to clean up spilled water, they don't absorb liquid very well. I was hoping to use these as a replacement for paper towels for spills etc, but I have other microfiber cleaning towels that absorb puddles of water better.

They literally crumble into fluff and threads as if they were cotton balls! They were cheap and I should have read the reviews (someone has already noticed they are falling apart)! Better a cotton t-shirt fabric than this. They're okay if you never intend to wash them but have no idea how not to wash a cleaning cloth.

I originally bought these as a gift along with a Full Circle dishwashing brush for my son's new house but loved them so much I made them for myself! I live for the cute pattern, how well they hold up to the wash and if they get torn or too dirty I don't mind throwing them out and buying more because they are so affordable. I've been KNITTING my tea towels for 40 years, so that's saying something!
