Good quality soap dish

A good quality soap dish is quite hard to find in major department stores these days. Seems I'll have to go to a big hardware store to find them. This one is large and looks like it's made of ceramic, although it's still relatively light. There are pads on the bottom to stop the movement. Overall a good soap. Although a little more than I thought. Maybe good for those who like to use big bars. I took off one star because the delivery took so long (2 weeks). They used a weird system using 2…

protruding ridges rough and unglazed

Disappointed with this full circle soap dish. It's not the prettiest dish. I chose this because I wanted a plate with raised ridges in the middle so my favorite soap dries quickly after use. But I didn't like that the combs were unglazed, uncoated ceramic. Unglazed pottery is not edible. I had a friend who was a potter and she was the fastest person I know to throw away broken dishes. While bathing isn't food, I don't think ceramics won't soak in wet soap. I understand that the unglazed ridges…

Balanced, heavy

When it comes to the soap dish, I'm looking for balanced dishes; one that won't destabilize or fall off any surface I need it on. This Full Circle Raise the Bar Ceramic Soap Dish sits on smooth rubber feet that balance dishes perfectly and keep them secure on my sink. These are heavy, simple utensils that fit into almost any bathroom or kitchen; I can't imagine him facing anything. The inner ceramic is very lightly textured to hold the soap. This is a simple, no-fuss ceramic soap dish. I put a…

Excellent design; I'm a bit skeptical about environmental claims

I'm happy to see an attractive bathroom product that's actually well thought out. High quality dish, looks elegant and most importantly works! It's not too high on the sides and has big bumps on the bottom; this means my soap actually dries out between uses. No more wet germ bars squeezing at the bottom of the plate. It's also dishwasher safe, which I make sure to put soap dishes, pump dispensers, and toothbrush holders in the dishwasher at least every couple of weeks to make sure things I use…

I was initially smitten with my round ceramic soap dish and immediately fitted it with a beautiful avocado shape. British brand Lush soap. It looked beautiful. I turned it back because on the bottom of the gray part on one side it says "Full Circle" much bigger than I think necessary and in fact I would be a lot happier with this product if it didn't have a permanent logo in the middle would have the gray ceramic. But the real issue that makes me less excited about my new soap dish is that when
