No way I could gift this - the whisk was totally missing! The front of the package was roughly ripped off and looked terrible. I immediately returned this. Can't understand why so many of these are missing whisks!

This book makes an ideal gift. The recipes are easy, you could probably think of them all off the top of your head, but having them in a book gives kids the experience that they are a true chef! My daughter loves it. Simple, easy, and pretty healthy recipes. Comes with a rainbow-colored whisk. Colorful pictures.
