I bought the XXL first because I'm tall. But it was too big so I returned it for XL. Unless you have very big (obese?) legs, go for XL. Overall it works great!

I bought this because I was struggling to recover from a hyperextension injury. It's a good support, especially valuable since I have to move around our two story house all the time. I have another clamp that doesn't have a metal side clamp and I'm switching between them.

Based on the size chart, I needed a large size and ordered the same one. The supplied braces were marked as large, but were a few centimeters too small. Based on what I was able to determine by measuring the supplied brace and looking at their chart again, the supplied brace was smaller than anything on their chart. . . But as always, Revane returned with no questions asked.

update, I got a replacement and this one also had a very strong chemical smell. This time I only let the corset air out during the day as I had to wear the corset during a day of hiking. This orthosis also did not fit and kept slipping down and the belt loops were still slipping. Worst of all was a rash on my leg at the end of the day.
