Disappointing Results with Emissions Valve

Using this automotive replacement part, our team found that emissions levels remained high despite replacing the faulty valve. The price was reasonable, but the performance was lacking. The only positive aspect was the ease of installation. Unfortunately, we will have to look for a more effective option to meet emissions standards.

Pros
  • Helps to reduce harmful emissions from the engine
Cons
  • Requires professional installation

Simple solution to big problems

I bought them for three Honda Civics, two 98s and a 97. One of the 98s needed a replacement. The rest was for comfort. I can't go wrong with the price.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Some little things

Fits and works like the original

The old PCV valve on the Civic was 130k and was probably ok. Pulled out and it still rattled when shaken. Insert a new one and it works just like the original. Current service. I bet they don't change very often because they're pretty hard to get hold of. The best time to do this is when the oil filter is off.

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • clarity
