It inevitably bleeds the crankcase.

What more can I say? It fits (because I bought the right one), installs easily and seems to do the job. I installed a friend's 2001 Highlander.

Haven't installed it yet, but looks good. I'll update the review if I find anything.

For those wondering about the socket size it is 22mm or 7/8 inch. You may want to use a deep socket. Haven't installed it yet, but looks good. I'll update the review if I find anything bad/negative after installing it, otherwise I'll leave everything as is.

Reduces oil consumption

I was able to install it myself on my 2007 Scion TC. Before the installation, I always had high revs and constantly low oil pressure. After installation, my idle is always around 700 rpm and I've noticed an improvement in fuel economy per gallon. Very good buy, just be careful not to rip the hose like I did. Will have to replace.
