Great buy, great looks, rounded edges

When they're ready to go, they're great: performance and aesthetics. Aura Sync isn't the best way to control each zone for LED settings, but it does work if you set the parameters. Think about the benefits of a slot machine when upgrading/building your PC :) Crap my first order was dead on arrival but I happily reordered and returned with no problems.

Pros
  • Sturdy build
Cons
  • No instructions

Served only 2 years.

What does poor memory mean to you? Crashes, corrupt operating system installation, silently corrupted file system. Of the 4 sticks, 2 have failed after about 2 years of operation with the default settings and none of the 4 sticks in the kit pass the memtest at XMP @3200 settings. This is the first time I've seen such a badly damaged memory. I will try to replace it under a lifetime warranty but the damage is already done.

Pros
  • One-year trial
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

Best Beautiful RGB around

I bought this because in my case I was missing something and had RGB enabled in RAM. This isn't your average RAM, you can get a regular one for less. Hence my advice: only buy them if you have the money for them. They look and are of great quality. Another thing, make sure your motherboard is compatible with it. Please be patient during installation. You can control it with an aura.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Unreliable

Nice RAM at an affordable price

This RAM is BEAUTIFUL. This is my second purchase of 4 x 8GB total 8 sticks (64GB) on my Asus Prime x299 Delux with i9-7920X. RAM is great, RGB syncs well with Asus Aura, I didn't use the G.SKill software as I like the RAM to sync with the rest of my RGB setup. The only downsides I have for this RAM is the price (although it has come down since my first purchase) and the RAM is HEAVY. However, this is not an issue when installed with Prime X299.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Nothing

RGB DDR4-3200 Best in Computers & Accessories

This kit was purchased to replace another G.Skill kit. Needed more RAM for editing and multitasking so I went with 32GB and this set is already approved by my motherboard manufacturer to run smoothly. RGB has a nice touch and I'm lucky enough to have a set that optimizes color from left to right. I configured the XMP profile in the BIOS and it has been working fine ever since. I've been using G.Skill for years and never had a problem, still have old DDR3 kits in old rigs that work like brand…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Empty

Latency 87 ns = CAS16 (at 3200)?

I measured the RAM latency using CPU benchmarks and it was around 87 ns. To be honest I didn't know what to expect. I've seen other tests near 50ns but I believe they must have used a different type of RAM module. My motherboard had no problem selecting the settings for this RAM and it has been running stably since I installed it. I'm not interested in further tweaking the timings for this RAM, but I'm curious if anyone else has measured the latency and got similar numbers to mine. I give it 5…

This RAM is amazing! I can't say enough good things about how beautifully it glows. The main problem you may have with your purchase is the compatibility with your motherboard, so BUYER BEWARE. Be sure to check out the list of supported motherboard RAMs and find the right ones for your motherboard. :) The only reason I'm rating this 4 stars and not 5 is because they're still fairly new and the G.Skill software is still in conflict with the Gigabyte Aorus lighting software, and apparently Asus…
