Just buy Elmer's Glue

The result didn't impress me at all. I used this on the front door glass because half the door is glass and you can see straight into my house. I cleaned the glass thoroughly inside and out, then waited a day to make sure it was dry. I applied it on a warm day (60 degrees) and let it dry overnight. It looked beautiful the next day, but after a day or two it started to get BIG air pockets and it started to peel off the glass. I ended up taking it off in one sheet and it reminded me of Elmer's…

Fast and easy to use with great results!

This material is amazing, looks real and is very easy to use. I saw it on Pinterest and tried it on the French interior doors of my study. It was quick and easy to use and gave me a finish that felt like real textured glass. You can make it look however you want depending on how much you use and the technique you use to apply it. It took me a little over 1 bottle to make a set of 96 inch tall french doors. They turn white, but after drying, they become transparent. I recommend that you try this

GG is privacy in a bottle!

Gallery Glass is my choice for privacy when I want to let in as much light as possible and avoid curtains entirely. An 8 ounce. The bottle perfectly complements half of my 35" wide double window. I use a thick enough amount to make the final product look like corrugated, aged glass. (And one bottle ONLY makes a 35" x 30" window. If you're after looking outside all you see is washed out color even with the lights on at night I find it easiest to apply, heat slightly and then spread evenly over…

Ideal for texturing glass

I wanted to make the bathroom windows more private. Tried window film. I liked it and it was good. Until it started to peel off. I kept picking it up and it kept coming off. I used this product on two side lights on my front door many years ago. Back then I used lead strips and did a stained glass effect with flowers. The colors of the flowers have faded from the sun so I just scraped them off and used a crystal clear color to texture the side highlights. This time I went for a crystal clear…

Love this item

We recently remodeled our bathroom. Thank God we've been here a long time and our trees and our neighbors' trees have grown. I used this item 20 years ago to "texture" my windows when the trees were small and partially blocked the view of our bathroom. I just rolled it with a paint roller. Would you believe it has held up flawlessly all this time? And when I decided to revise it and remove it, it was easy as pie. Just cut what you want and it will fall off like a window chain. I then made some…

Pros
  • This versatile color can also be used to create fancy sun catchers and chains

Great DIY privacy screen for front door glass! Looks professional!

Our front door is fine but there are six panes of glass so everyone can see through. Less than a bottle of this potion and we upgraded our beautiful door and also got the privacy we wanted. When I try to create a "project" I don't get excited. I just go for it! So bottle opened, NO BRIBE as said, 3 middle fingers pressed together as thick as possible and applied as quickly as possible before the solvent started to get "sticky". I just kept brushing onto my fingers to keep things moist while…

Gallery glass on my closet door 16 lite.

Recently installed 16 liter French double sliding door. I wanted the french door to look very close to it. However, through the glass on the closet door, everyone could see the hanging coats and some of the tools I keep handy there. I was thinking of sticking on a glass film but I don't like the way they look. Disturbing bubbles always appear on self-adhesive foils. And static cling film has a limited design. I just wanted the vintage look but it still needed to let the light through. I used…
