These bags are literally garbage. I knew in advance that they are very thin, so it didn't bother me that much. What worries me is that about half the bags aren't actually bags at all! Good. You know those packages in the grocery department? Difficult to open. Light. These are of the same quality. I found it difficult to tear at the perforated edges. I didn't see any perforations. I like them because they fit in my bathroom wastebasket (size: 11 inches high x 8 inches diameter). If yours is a bit bigger, they will fit. My litter box over the cabinet is 11" high x 10.5" wide x 6-7" deep. Height: 12" x width: 10.5" x depth 8-8.5", max. The depth depends on how much space you have when you close the cabinet door to get the clearance from the sink.
