Wonderful “Grama’s House” toy for toddlers 3+

I purchased this as a "Grama’s House” toy for my toddler grandchildren. It will be introduced at my 2nd annual Grama Camp week in July. It is a great way to learn letters and colors by matching with the magnetic wand. It is sturdy and very well made. I also love that there are no loose parts. Nothing needs to be picked up, nothing can get lost. There is even an extended 18 month warranty if I register the product. It is packaged nicely and could be given as a gift. I will be looking for more…

Pros
  • I bought this for my non-verbal special needs son and it was a hit.
Cons
  • The magnets are not strong enough to hold the pieces in place

Fun to use for my opinion

I like this and the idea of it. My students enjoy it as well. Only issue is it came warped in the center and makes it hard to move a few pieces into place.

Pros
  • We loved it and helps my child practice matching the letters
Cons
  • The game is not challenging enough to keep older children engaged

My daughter loves it!

This is by far the most amazing thing ever. I knew it would help my daughter but it surprised me on how much she really took to liking it. She begs me to use it. She picked up on remembering a lot of the letters on just the first day. This thing is such an amazing learning tool!

Pros
  • Love it! My son loved this and was excited to play with it
Cons
  • The board is too thin and easily warped

Entertaining and Educational

A little on the price side for my taste but I was happy to get my kids an educational toy. Had a good time helping my little one assign all the letters in their correct spot.

Pros
  • 3 years and up
Cons
  • The maze board can be easily knocked over

Fun way to learn alphabets!

I absolutely love this alphabet board! First of all, I want my kid to learn alphabets through fun. I don’t want flash cards or just by memorizing, so I am very happy to find this board at our local play cafe. I ordered right away and found this board absolutely fun for my kid! Although the board itself could be easily scratched while moving the alphabets to its place. Therefore, I believe it would be wear out soon.

Pros
  • mens
Cons
  • The board has a strong odor that can be off-putting

Great magnetic activity

I love this item. The magnet is strong enough to maneuver the letter tiles around easily. There is enough space around the letters to allow pieces to be moved without displacing already placed tiles. I have similar magnetic maze items that can be frustrating to maneuver the pieces, this is definitely one of the better ones. I use it in a therapy clinic and it has held up with repeated and heavy use.

Pros
  • This is a good tool for helping a young one to learn motor skills as well as matching the ABC's.
Cons
  • The magnets are not evenly spaced, making it difficult to match the letters to their correct place

The alphabet minus an N.

My grandson liked this maze, however he informed me that there were two letter K’sand no letter N. Upon review he was absolutely right! How could this happen?

Pros
  • My 4 year old loved this and had the added benefit of helping with fine motor skills.
Cons
  • I had higher expectations. It’s durable, the magnet isn’t all that great,

Great learning activity

I have this in my classroom it’s a great learning product I bought this for my grandson birthday I would have giving it a five star rating had my Magnet pencil had not come damage however the company quickly replaced overnight.I highly recommend this product

Pros
  • Great
Cons
  • The colors of the puzzle pieces are not consistent

Great for motor skills

I love it the only thing I would change is the pen. I would have liked a thicker pen for little hands and that is the only reason why the four stars. But the magnets are good. I was concerned about the other reviews saying that the magnet was/were weak but it wasn’t my case. I always read the negative reviews before making a purchase and that was one of the main complains I kept seeing but happy to report that it wasn’t the case on my side. Works for a 2 years old toddler with autism. Good for…

Pros
  • Enhances fine motor skills development for preschool and kindergarten kids
Cons
  • The maze board is too heavy and not portable

Excellent Learning Toy

I have used this in my PreK classroom for years. It is attractive to children who may not be that excited to practice ABC's or who don't recognize letters well. Children enjoy the action of using the wand magnet and lifting the letters. I purchased this one for my grandson who has some delays. The new one is designed better although it seems a little less durable. Of course it won't be in a busy classroom so it is great for one child.

Pros
  • Everything is great with this toy.... except there are two Xs and no V.
Cons
  • The activity cards are easily bent and damaged

Excellent idea good for me

My child is almost three and she loves this toy. She can do it easily but she can’t do it in the car yet bc she can’t figure out to keep it flat. Love it though!

Pros
  • Hands-on Way to Explore the Alphabet: The sturdy hardwood maze has colorful balloons that represent each letter of the alphabet, plus 26 corresponding letter magnets. Kids use the attached magnetic wand to guide each letter into place reinforcing letter identification and alphabet order during playinig the game. Please keep the wand upright for better use
Cons
  • The maze board is too stiff and not flexible for different games

Great product for my opinion

I.love that this helps exercise the fine motor skills and concentration. Also.helps with letter recognition. I recommend this product.

Pros
  • I thought I was paying less for it. The credit card bill was a surprise.
Cons
  • The maze board is too small and cramped for effective play

colors need work in my review

I bought this for my daughter who just turned 3. The reason why I'm giving this 3 stars is because while the green, purple, blue match perfectly. The yellow balloons and the magnets are slightly off but still makes it easy to match. The red balloons the maroon magnets do not match which it confuse my daughter because the maroon color almost looks like purple.

Pros
  • More Creative Matching Challenges: Come with 4 activity cards, Children can learn through playing 4 different games which vary in difficulties. The easiest one is asking children to directly match the alphabets. To increase difficulty, children will only have an drawing of the objects and asked to find the matching alphabets. For example, when children sees a drawing of an apple, they will need to be able to identify letter A or a is the matching alphabet
Cons
  • The game is not visually appealing for children

Engaging and self-contained

I bought this alphabet maze board for my 4 year old. I thought it would be a great way for him to work on his hand eye coordination as well on his concentration. He was instantly drawn to the board, and he enjoys working with letters anyway. The only reason I didn't give this game 5 stars is that I notice it is difficult to get the letters right side up in their appropriate holes. The attached magnet wand is definitely strong enough to easily move the letters to the different holes; however…

Pros
  • Toys & Games
Cons
  • The magnets are not evenly sized, making it difficult to match the alphabet pieces

Fun and Nice Wood Construction!

Super cute and entertains for my 3.5 year old and 2 yo! It would have been nice if it was matching uppercase and lowercase letters but they love it just the same!

Pros
  • Excellent! My children love it. This is great for fine motor skill development
Cons
  • The puzzle pieces are too small and easily lost

Perfect toy for Toddlers!

My newly 3 years old LOVES this toy! A total win! So much concentration, finger movements, and problem-solving. Just challenging enough to still be frustration-free fun! My only complaint is the string could be sturdier, I could totally see one fit of frustration and it ripping right off easily, its just soft string.

Pros
  • My 2yo grandsons love playing with this while learning their letters.
Cons
  • The stylus did not always move the letter
