NOT AS GOOD AS WILSON

My son switched from red to orange balls. For the red balls, we used a Penn QST 36, so this test draws comparisons to that ball and the Wilson Orange Dot used by its trainer. When they arrived I was very excited to get on the court and practice with these new balls. However, before I got on the pitch, I noticed a couple of issues. 1) This ball appears to be slightly smaller than the red pin we used. 2) The rebound seems to be a bit more than a red penn and not what it should be for an orange…

Great tennis balls for my 9 year old son to develop his game!

They are great for my 9 year old son who can't handle the speed of normal pressure tennis balls. The somewhat slow speed of these balls allows my son to hit with confidence while practicing what he learned in tennis class. It also allows this aging father (and mother!) to keep up and have good rallies together. This allows my son to take a risk and develop some skills to adapt and adapt to different aspects of the game (e.g. getting a bucket of 50 balls as they quickly turn into fluffy tennis…

Great learning tool for kids

I have been playing tennis for over 20 years. Once my son started, these balls made things easier than the new Penn or Wilson tennis balls I usually play with. They jump less, which gives him time to learn how to react to the ball. I remember teaching kids with very old used balls to get the same effect. Now he takes classes at the local community center and they also use these balls for kids (8-12 years old). Reading other reviews I had no problem with how they came across. They are round and…
