Garmin Belt Clip Geko 010 10380 00 Review

Had to replace the clamp on my GolfLogix GPS. However, it fits perfectly despite being made of thin plastic. If dropped, it will break.

Do not buy this product or you will lose your device. Lock and unlock just doesn't work. The device slides out with little effort and falls to the ground. The release button is for demonstration purposes only. :/

This item has been hard to find in retail stores for years and I'm glad Revain sold it at a reasonable price and were able to deliver it in time for a hunting trip to Colorado. The product worked exactly as advertised and allowed me to use my old Garmin GPS clipped to either my shirt pocket or jacket pocket instead of one of the pockets as in the past which lost connection to satellite signals. Very easy to attach and remove or detach the clip as needed.

This is my second belt clip. When I bought my Garmin 60CSX about a year ago, I read reviews that the belt clip was brittle. I've been using the clip for several months with no problems. I was at a Phillies playoff game this fall, walking up the stairs, and the GPS caught the railing, ripped it off my belt, and broke my belt clip. If I didn't have a strap on my belt, the GPS would fall 3 floors. My advice: when using a belt clip, always attach the strap to something on your clothing or belt.
