Ideal for limiting blue light at night

Bought these to help me sleep better at night by filtering out blue light. In my line of work, it's hard to avoid LCD screens just before bed, and blue dimming programs like Flux aren't available for iOS, so this seemed like a great alternative. They are comfortable, easy and I can feel tired before I go to bed. I usually put them on an hour before bed and take them off as soon as the lights go out.

Pros
  • Soft, adjustable nose piece reduces slippage and fits a variety of faces
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Stylish solution, suitable for personal protective equipment

I've been reading about blue light protection in the evening to help sleep, so that's why I'm trying these glasses. I already have Uvex but they look industrial with a black stripe on top. They are very light and comfortable to wear and the rounded shape prevents light from coming in from the side. I…

Pros
  • Extremely light weight, less than 30g
Cons
  • Requires electrical outlet

Affordable eyewear that fits well and effectively blocks blue light

I wear them at night from about 9pm to remove blue light from screens (phone, computer, iPad). Blue light is said to suppress melatonin production and signal your body that it's not time for sleep. When I take them off after a few hours of wearing, regular lights and screens around the house seem harsh and harsh, making me feel like the glasses are working in my favor. These glasses fit my face well (I'm a petite woman), although I would shorten my arms a bit if I could. A rubber nose piece…

Pros
  • Independently certified by Underwriters Laboratories to ANSI Z87. 1+ and CSA Z94. 3 standards
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
