Bought these to help me sleep better at night by filtering out blue light. In my line of work, it's hard to avoid LCD screens just before bed, and blue dimming programs like Flux aren't available for iOS, so this seemed like a great alternative. They are comfortable, easy and I can feel tired before I go to bed. I usually put them on an hour before bed and take them off as soon as the lights go out.

I've been reading about blue light protection in the evening to help sleep, so that's why I'm trying these glasses. I already have Uvex but they look industrial with a black stripe on top.
