The one I bought doesn't have a remote control. It has a built-in on/off switch. It's amazing what a breeze this little fan has. Keep it outside on a covered patio, but you can still feel it in a 10x10 foot area.

I use this fan in my closet. It is very well made, very easy to assemble with a simple click and click. It's quiet when running and pushes out a lot of air, which is pretty amazing for its size. love it

They are just great. I would compare the performance to a standard low level ceiling fan. It's a focused punch and right below it's more of a medium punch. It has an electrical hum, but is perfectly acceptable even in a quiet bedroom.

I have now bought 4 of these. I installed one above my bed and one in the bathroom. I plan to place one above my work space and one on my porch. I can order another one for my porch. I love her. Very quiet and very strong wind. They come with an extra blade in case you break them. I highly recommend them.

I just ordered a second one! Sitting near (3 feet or so) where the fan hangs creates a decent breeze - for a 17" fan. This is not a 60 inch blanket. Fan, so let's not, okay?
