🔆 GE Appliance Medium Lumens 2-Pack Review

Will not buy again. The return period with Revain ended before the lamps started to fail. Was in the new Kitchenaid line. I bought 4 bad lamps (2 x 2 packs).

Perfect for what it's supposed to be, a fridge. I see a lot of bad reviews because people put them in ovens and the lightbulb goes out. A refrigerator is shown on the packaging!

The first bulb I put in the oven burned out, I don't know why, was it something I did when I fitted it? A couple of times it worked and blew. The second bulb seems to be working fine after several uses. To update. Two weeks later the second bulb burned out. Basically it's garbage. I will try another one but based on empirical evidence it will blow up in two weeks.

I use these bulbs in my oven. I ate TWO LAMPS in four days! I leave them on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to keep my appetizer nice and warm. The packaging says they last 1.4 years if used about 3 hours a day. That's 1,095 hours per bulb when used for three hours a day, year-round. I have about 48 hours of use for each bulb. Don't buy this.

I looked for these lamps in several stores and had no idea they were going to be hard to find. I thought all big stores had LED bulbs. it doesn't matter much. I just take the LEDs and work with them. NO! My fridge just kept blowing them out as soon as I screwed them in. When I checked out Revain (should have done so from the start) I found what I needed. It's been 2 months and the bulbs are working as they should. I haven't had any problems and it works great.

I reviewed many products before deciding on this one. I need an oven lamp. This product said it was for the oven. I put in a lightbulb and it worked, I baked some food and when I opened the door there was no light, I flipped the switch and tried again, still no light. I found it pissed off that what is advertised as a year doesn't even last a day, it was 2 packs. So I went with a different lightbulb and now I see that the packaging shows a fridge and not an oven as pictured on Revain. SCAM…

I bought 4 for a fridge, I decided to replace all 4, although only 1 burned out, but 1 of the new 4 didn't work. All 4 were delivered at the same time. Something with a base that looked different (done wrong?). I tried it in another lamp and it didn't work there either. Unfortunately, as with many cheap products, you should not worry about returning it. I've never seen anything like this in my years of buying lightbulbs.
