After trying this product in my Home and Kitchen, I was greatly disappointed. The microwave failed to heat up my food properly and the timer was unreliable. The only upside was the sleek stainless steel design. Unfortunately, that's not enough to make up for a poorly performing appliance. Save your money and buy a different model from a different brand.

Too small for most counters. Worked 3 months and caught fire. The problem was with the plastic device (turntable shaft) that rotates the glass top. This item is defective. I turned on the microwave today and noticed a horrible smell, like burning rubber - there was black smoke inside and I saw a small flame. I stopped it and of course unplugged it and opened the door - I had to ventilate the kitchen and house for several hours because the smell of burnt plastic was very strong. I'm surprised…

This filled our need for an in the cabinet microwave. We were remodeling our kitchen and wanted the microwave to be away from the counter. Our closet is 13.5 inches deep. Most of the home appliances we tested were either too big for the space or obviously lacking in functionality. This is a good combination of size and amenities.
