GE Lighting 24782: Illuminate Your Space with 280 Lumen Candelabra Bulbs Review

I was blown away by this product. Why would a manufacturer think it's a good idea to print "370 lumens" directly onto a clear glass bulb? I ordered these for my dining room chandelier and you can clearly see the words day and night when the lights are on. They are definitely only intended for use in the shade or behind frosted glass. strange.

These lamps are great! At 120 volts they seem to last forever. They're a little less bright at 120 volts, but if you can live with that, they're worth the cheap price. I'm smitten with them, especially since my candelabra is about 14 feet off the ground. That saves me the frequent exchange. They also work great with my outside light.
