Didn't expect to like it.

The whole family loves the light in the freezer. And I'm happy to report that, at least for the first week or so, it hasn't burned out, which is new to us. We finally gave up storing a lightbulb in the freezer up to this lightbulb. Our home appliance mechanic suggested trying an LED light bulb. I think I've thought about it in the past but never researched it. However, as soon as he mentioned it, we ordered this product because it got good reviews. Absolutely perfect light bulb for this size fridge

GE LED Light Bulb, A15 Model Number 83645, 4.5W, 350 Lumens, 40W Lumen Equivalent, 5000 Kelvin (Daylight), Medium Socket. Seems perfect in every way. Nothing pleases. The picture shows a frosted bulb, which is actually transparent. This is fine if you're using it in the fridge, where you never look directly at the bulb.
