I tried to return this item because it was very difficult to insert and the connectors were too loose. It was definitely a surge protector as different plugs work differently in the same outlet. Just for the record, there is no on/off indicator

In 2017 my house caught fire. I lost everything. Nobody knows why. Now I have everything I need to connect to the network filter. Nothing stays plugged in for more than a few minutes. I feel much safer in my homes with them.

With more and more electronics in our homes these days, it never hurts to have an extra surge protector on hand. The Thai two pack was a decent price and I trust GE's quality. They have been used regularly in our homes for over six months and they are reliable and work well.

This surge protector is good. The only downside is that the switch isn't backlit, so from a distance you won't know when you've turned it off or on. Sometimes you accidentally turn it off and don't know. Hence one star less. It's made by GE, but it's obvious they spent all their money on their CEO's accolade instead of spending 10 cents more on a better switch.

I just needed a different Christmas tree socket so I ordered the Revain recommended one as the price was right and the delivery was fast. When it arrived I found it very light. I don't like that it doesn't have an indicator to show if it's enabled or not. It just looks cheap and I wish I could pay a bit more for better quality. I don't think I'll be using it for anything else after Christmas. It may be well rated, but I don't trust it with anything important.

Bought a set of 2 thinking GE would be reliable enough to last a couple of years. As it turned out, that assumption was wrong. These extensions are garbage. I plugged in 3 low power devices (a router and a couple of smart home hubs) and the fuse blew instantly when I turned it on. becomes a piece of useless plastic. I'm giving 2 starts because Revain does a great job with refunds, but I highly recommend buying something else.
