Pros
  • Great support team who is always willing quick help for issues/questions without taking forever getting answers out..They do seem responsive enough though.I'm happy about everything thusfar except perhaps there needs being better integration between server control panel vs ftp clients such Wordpress &, cPanel / WHMCS ,etc..Not all users will know exactly WHAT TO DO once logged into
Cons
  • Will fit

  • Very user friendly interface for both cPanel users as well an non tech savvy people like myself :)
Cons
  • Support emails sometimes take too long before getting responded back
  • No way in hell am i going through their phone system again
