After trying this collapsible spaghetti server, I was thoroughly impressed by its simplicity and ease of use. The only downside is that the prongs can be a bit short for larger servings. Overall, a must-have utensil for any kitchen.

It's easy to figure out how to assemble this pasta dryer, but not all wooden rods fit the holes properly. Some of them are too big so they have to be hammered in and some are too small so they keep falling out rendering some staves useless. It's also pretty light, so if you put too much paste on one side, everything will eventually collapse. All in all, you just have to be careful with this thing, but I think it works.
