🚗 GemPro LED Side Mirror Puddle Light Lamps for Dodge Ram 2010-2019 | Towing Mirror Lights, 6000K Diamond White (2Pcs) Review

OEM lights have not worked since I bought my 2011 Ram 3500 with factory tow mirrors. They were simply exchanged flush. Worked great. The OEM's were burned, rusted and had some sand and dirt on them, very glad I replaced them with these. I have no reason to believe they won't, but I hope they last as they appear to be sealed unlike the OEM models.

Let me start by saying... What an excellent light. These lights are very bright. Much better than OEM factory lights. Here's what I don't understand... The factory headlights were clear plastic that surrounded the headlights. Why? My mirrors are black. Those puddles of black plastic light surrounding the light. This puddle light makes a lot more sense! The light is much better than the original puddle light and fits perfectly! Highly recommended

The puddle light was a great replacement for my Ram 3500. I was missing one bulb and one worked so I replaced the blown bulb first to see the difference in the Lighting. from the factory light and these new lights. The new puddle lights were much brighter, with a super bright white light. These headlights are very easy to swap out and I did it in about 5 minutes. In the photo, the new headlights are on and off. They cast a very wide beam on the ground.

Haven't tested them for about a week so not sure about durability. The connectors are not suitable for the 2020 model, they have 2 male connectors instead of a male connector. It was a quick easy fix using waterproof bean connectors. Unplugged the old lights and attached them with waterproof connectors. Note: If you have regular bean plugs, you can just plug the end with dialect grease. The total time from removal to installation was around 15 minutes for both sides. One last note: light bulbs…

These puddle lights replace the stock lights under the rearview mirrors of a RAM truck. The originals are made in such a way that the top, i.e. the soldering side of the LEDs, tends to get wet in heavy rain or dishwater. Eventually the connections will corrode and the LEDs will fail. These replacement parts appear to have the top fully sealed. In addition, there are many more LEDs than in the original. Two simple wires to connect. Wow, they're bright and white! I love her! Easy installation. YouTube it easy. Installation takes 30 seconds per side. Can't comment on durability yet, but they are better sealed than OEM and much brighter. Some might not like the bright white light as it doesn't match the rest of the lights but if you buy them for their intended purpose I find them far superior to the OEMs. No doubt I'll be able to see the puddles lurking behind my door as I step out! 😉 I also really like that they light up…

The product itself seems quite durable, the electronics are varnished, which is an advantage for where I live (Pacific NW). The fit isn't consistent in the sense that you feel the body doesn't sit flush and level with the mirror body. Also, the connectors differ from the OEM wiring, exposing the wiring to water and road debris entering the mirror housing. I've mitigated this by coating the wires with dielectric grease and we'll see how they hold up. In terms of performance, these LEDs look…
