Ideal for small and precise measurements

I love this baby! This is exactly what I need for small measurements. The clip is ideal for marking clear lines. It's great for measuring D-ring hanger bolt placement on canvas. It helps me to sketch large scale designs on graph paper for various home projects like installing shelves and perforated panels. I would call it a "sensitive" tool. The metal is thinner than I would like so I have to be careful not to bend it.

Pros
  • Rulers
Cons
  • A few little things

Reasonable value for money

There's not much to say about a 6 inch ruler. It has a mark on one side showing length in inches and fractions of an inch. On the other hand there is a table of fractional inches and their decimal equivalents. I like that it's metal which holds up better than plastic. I like the little clip that allows you to carry it in your shirt pocket. The only thing I didn't like was that they are listed in imperial units (inches) instead of metric. Great for OCD sufferers

I bought this mainly because there was an offer for about $3. I thought I might need it. After that I would say it was very helpful to me especially as I am very prone to obsessive compulsive disorder when fixing or fixing things. It's a fairly flat piece of metal, but it's fairly solid, and there's a small pen-style clip you can slide over it, which also helps with the measuring process. I would recommend this if you are looking for accuracy. The starting price wasn't great, but to each his…

Pros
  • POCKET SIZE - 15/32" x 6" For portable use
Cons
  • Some small items

I'm very angry and can't get out the window anymore as I still haven't needed rulers and it's been months since I ordered them. I was looking for a "metric and inch precision ruler" and ordered this piece of junk that only has inch/imperial units. If you look at my photos you will see screenshots of this list showing different measurement information in two different places. * In the written description, the increments are given in inches/imperial. *Data refer to the metric system! The images…
