Good product fits tape measure

Bought two of these. On one I couldn't remove the battery cover to put the batteries in and on the other we gave my 93 year old son. Father in law. He used to be a carpenter, now he has to face some difficulties. He liked it because he can measure with a laser without using a traditional tape measure, although this one still had it available if he wanted to use it. It was very accurate.

Pros
 • Excellent overall performance
Cons
 • Basically okay but...

I was waiting for this combination before correcting this review

I carried a tape measure and laser meter with me when evaluating my work. I've been waiting for a combination like this and before correcting this review I've been using this product for a year and I've only been using it 5 days a week. He resisted abuse very well. The strap could be stronger and longer. The laser works out to 50ft and seems good enough for everyday use. Try it.

Pros
 • Great for a small home
Cons
 • poorly thought out

Bullshit, the laser is FEET off, not even centimeters.

Received today, tried it and WOW what a POS. If you place it on a level ground, the laser will point to the ground a few feet ahead. I don't know how this thing gets positive reviews if they didn't get it for free. The LCD bubbles under a hard plastic pane, the whole thing is a giant POS. Avoid at all costs, in a few days I will be uploading pictures of how awful and inaccurate this thing is.

Pros
 • CLASS II LASER PRODUCT <1mW output power
Cons
 • Crumpled

Suitable for industrial applications

Works great. Very accurate. I'm an engineer and I use it on industrial sites to measure distances to walls, pipes and other obstructions when a number to the nearest inch is sufficient. The only complaint is that it only measures from the back of the tape measure case. I wish it could measure from the front as well. But for the price I can't really complain. I was also pleasantly surprised that the kit included batteries and a small Phillips screwdriver for installation. It had everything you…

Pros
 • MEASURE FASTER AND FURTHER: Measure up to 50 feet with a laser and measure twice as far as the standard 25 feet. Tape measure
Cons
 • New competitors have appeared

Hm. Has such great potential. but

UPDATE: After a few weeks of use I am very disappointed with the TINY display and FEET + Fraction. I need to be able to have inches so I don't have to convert 6ft 7in to inches in my head every time. You overcame all these difficulties to make this good roulette wheel, I want you to go further and make it more convenient. Now back to my original review ------------------ ----- It works, there are pros and cons. Advantages: Precise, reproducible structure Good quality Ribbon can be drawn in…

Pros
 • ACCURATE: Accurately measures distances up to 50 feet with an accuracy of 1/4 inch
Cons
 • Some errors
