Reliable Voltage Tester for DIYers!

This voltage detector is a must-have for anyone in Tools and Home Improvement. It is easy to use and accurately detects voltage in cables, light fixtures, and other electrical systems. The device is compact and fits easily in your pocket. The only con is that it isn't the cheapest option in the market. Overall, it's a great investment for any DIYer or professional electrician.

Pros
  • Easy to use and accurately detects voltage.
Cons
  • Does not work well in tight spaces due to its size.

That does not work! in Testers

I bought this stud finder for my son about a year ago to replace the old one I gave him when he was gone. I've tried using it 3 times and it just gives me wrong readings or no display. The last try was just yesterday when I just needed to find a bolt for a prop but couldn't get a stable reading. Luckily he still had the old viewfinder, which I used successfully. I would highly recommend this stud finder for a paperweight only.

Pros
  • MARKING SLOT - Slot on stud finder for easy marking of center of stud
Cons
  • Vulgarity

EVERYTHING IS A HAIRPIN

This is a waste of money. It turns on and off and I didn't test the AC cord because the main thing I needed was a spike finder. It's totally inaccurate, every time you put it on the bell it says there's a hairpin. That would only be true if I lived in a log cabin in Alaska. In the end I just used the general rule of thumb every 16 inches and trial and error to find the lugs. So I've had more success if I'm just guessing. You can also knock on the wall to hear a bang. However, this is not the…

Pros
  • EASY TO READ - large, bright, backlit LCD
Cons
  • Slightly torn
