Good value drill

If it was more expensive I would give 3 stars. I needed something to drill 4 holes in our 4 inch concrete deck. It was cheaper than renting a drill from big boxes. She started smoking on some drilling jobs even when I tried to give her a break. She never stopped for me. Although I drilled all the holes with no problem. This hammer mechanic isn't very hard, but it does the job. I'm not sure how many more projects it will take, but I've already gotten my money's worth.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Something different

I had a drill press for about a month but I never used it. So, the first time I put something in, I wasn't expecting to smell a drill bit on fire, but I definitely did. I put it off as "maybe the brushes were new" but after trying to drill 1 hole I got a better understanding. I hate to tell you, but I never completely finished Bohr 1. The drill is broken. Remember folks, cheap things come at a cheap price. Pay a little more and get something that will last you for a long time.

Pros
  • few competitors
Cons
  • unreliable

Good drill: Power tool

I needed a hammer drill and my Dewalt isn't with me right now so I got the cheapest drill I could find. The word fire was not mentioned in the reviews. What I got was better than expected. He is big and has great power. I had to drill four or five holes in the foundation and this bit cut through with no problem. I also had to drive in concrete anchors, again no problem. This drill expels huge cooling air! I might use it for a blow dryer when I'm done drilling. Longevity remains to be seen, but…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Dear
