I ordered this for my brother and sent it direct to him. He received it yesterday and tried it this morning. He found it really moisturized his beard. He already has a soft beard but he sees the difference in the color of his beard, he said it's a bit darker. I know, I think it means the beard balm is moisturizing it. This wax softens my bread perfectly. I only used conditioner in the shower and wax. It also stops the feeling of itching. My face is very sensitive to shaving and beard growth. The smell is perfect too! It's woody, earthy and masculine. I'll be back soon to get some oil too. I also like that you don't have to use a lot! When I first used it I applied a lot. Bought as a gift for the groom. Not only did it have a giant barcode sticker on the top that was very difficult to peel off (and you had to use a warm towel to get all that sticky stuff off), but it said the wax was too hard to even get off to remove from the container. put on a beard. We might have one that went bad because the reviews I read said it was a great product, but if you can't even get the wax out of your hands it's not going to be very good for your beard. Very disappointed…

It's a little tricky, but once you do it you'll be glad you did. I use this and oil and my once crazy beard has been tamed and now I can take care of it so the hair doesn't fly back and forth. I love the fact that it's not actually perfumed, just smells like wax. I am very satisfied with Gentlemen's Beard products and plan to purchase more products in the future.
