truly original Honda Thermostat

I was skeptical at first as fakes were popping up everywhere. I bought a couple of thermostats elsewhere for my 09 and 13 Civic, according to the seller it was an OEM Honda but I installed both on my Civic, the check engine was still on, I would clear the code and it will be back . I checked here at Revain and these thermostats had good reviews. Thought I'd give it another try so I went ahead and ordered 2 of the thermostats I had installed. It took about 10 minutes for both cars to clear the…

Honda OEM - no other choice

On the advice of a friend who is a Honda mechanic I only use genuine Honda OEM parts. He says that other manufacturers just don't have this quality. Pay…

OEM thermostat, what more could you ask for.

I recently checked the engine on my 2012 Honda Civic LX for the first time. I pulled out the code and got p0128. After digging around on internet forums etc I found that Honda has a service bulletin with the exact same code for my Honda Civic. I have copied and pasted the following Service Bulletin: This is a known issue and there is a Service Bulletin dated: 9th November 2013. and have the PCM save DTC P0128 AFFECTED VEHICLES 2012 Civic 1.8L - ALL except CNG. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS Replace the…
