It costs money!

The quality of the belt is above average but it fits as expected so I ordered my size. I bought this as a belt for a casual dress and thought it would stretch a little but when I wear it it doesn't stretch. That makes it the best belt in my opinion, but I should have ordered a size up. I mainly use it when I ride my Harley and this buckle is more comfortable than all my other buckles. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a good belt for riding comfort but would recommend getting a size or

Nice Appearance and Good Price

I had these belts before and bought new ones because I lost weight. They are of very good quality, look good and wear well. Some complained about the size, abrasion and stretch. Follow the sizing instructions and you shouldn't have any problems. I had no problems stretching at all. As for the damage. My homemade gun belt was frayed. As with any piece of leather, a little buffing and buffing or just saddle soap and buffing will make them look great and be very comfortable to wear. These bandsโ€ฆ

Hopeful But Disappointed

I'm really one of those people who hate to complain but since you keep asking I guess I'll give my two cents. Genuine ranger style belt as I wanted but in my opinion the quality is very poor. It's not thick leather like my belt, which I've had for over twenty years now, so I doubt it will last that long. The skin is brittle and anything rubbing it will remove the top layer, ie fasten fasteners or other metal parts. This causes bare skin to show through. I spent a lot of time on the blackโ€ฆ

Do not order 2 sizes larger

The reviewers who recommended ordering two sizes up were wrong in my case. I think that even one size more can be too long. It's a tension band, so you can't just cut a new hole if the band is too long. Also the last hole of the belt couldn't catch on the tongue of the belt buckle due to the construction of the belt (even then it would be too loose). BTW, others have asked if the buckle is removable, and yes, it's held in place by a latch that can be undone. In addition, belt loops made ofโ€ฆ
