Better than the original. The original was Seiko China (origin engraved on the shackle), a replacement for Seiko Japan. Excellent quality. Much better than the pharmacy or local jeweler.

This is it! I really like this strap. Perfect fit for my 7002-7039. Don't pull hair, hold it. It's a bit stiff but I'm sure it will take the shape of my wrist after a few weeks of wearing. Buy only originals, as fakes fail quickly.

This strap is not original Seiko. The original strap on my SKX007, which I bought from Revain on March 2, 2017, has a different, prettier buckle that says "Seiko" on the inside. Also, the strap does not match the photo, as the buckle in the advert looks like a real Seiko buckle, the strap that comes with it looks cheaper.

Received this item in the mail today. Original Seiko packaging made in Japan, not China. Fits the original strap that I broke. Would have given it 5 stars but the description said pins were "NOT" included but they are. These are the same "thick" pens as the original, so I think I have some additions.

I bought this strap for my Seiko H558 5009: The supplied spring pin broke after 5 days. I wasted an hour trying to pry the pin off the watch case with a good spring bar tool. I've tried many different methods and unfortunately ended up cutting the band off with wire cutters and then using strong wire cutters to cut the spring bar next to the case.
