I am very disappointed with this Geox product. I just missed my return window and the sole came off. I usually swear by Geox and that's why I chose Geox and not others. Literally after 45 days (received on October 1st) the sole came off - see photo. You can only throw them in the trash can. Unbelievable - and Best Buy won't let me contact the seller anymore. Very frustrating! Next time I will buy them from a store where I can pick them up. Don't buy online!

Love the style of these shoes. These are very heavy, solid shoes. Excellent Geox quality. Bought for my son's school uniform. However, I had to return them as they did not fit my son's orthotics. The insole of this boot does not extend, so the inner shoes will not fit. I went back and bought the Geox Snake moccasins which worked great with the inserts as the insoles on those shoes came out.

Geox William 1 slip dress is perfect for school uniforms. I have bought these shoes for my son every school year (1st grade, now 4th grade). Not only does it look good, but it has a genuine, soft, buttered leather interior and a sturdy leather exterior. Shoes last well for an active child. He is currently a size 6.5, I bought a 5.5 because I learned a long time ago that these shoes run large. It's nice and roomy - he wears the shoes comfortably all school year (growing feet and such).

Great shoes - I've had 3 pairs (different sizes) in 3 years for my son who goes to a catholic school with special uniform requirements. Geox tends to be larger than some US brands - it pays to find a size that fits your child and then just buy the next size up next year, which I do. I always use free shipping and returns.
