too shallow best in my review

I opened this and could tell immediately it was too shallow. They stated the pan was 8x2 bit it was only 1inch deep not 2. It's going back!

  • Made a homemade pizza with cheese and tomatoes. Perfect for an appetizer.
Cons
  • The removable bottoms may be difficult to remove, causing frustration for the user

The nonstick coating came off , toxic

I was excited about this tart mold, but it came with the nonstick coating already fall off! I think it’s toxic to use for food!

Item Returned for my opinion

Only 1 star because I opened the box, checked out the pan & hit the return button. It looked sturdy & well made BUT it was too shallow to use for quiche - the only reason I was ordering it.

Pros
  • It was fine, the size I needed, and well - it was the pan I needed.
Cons
  • The pan functions as indicated. The weight is good but finish scratches pretty easily.

Definitely a good pan

The pan worked perfect for the tart my wife was making, just work the edge gently to get a clean crust edge. Thanks for attention.

All round quality baking tool

Easy to use and wash. Even baking. Great size for variety baking. Used to bake gluten free tarts for a family member. The pans may not be suitable for use on a gas stove.

The insert disk is too small. Otherwise is ok.

The insert disk is too small for pan. Had to tape it underneath so it wouldn't slide around while putting in crust. Would have returned, but I needed it for tart.

The pans are good quality, easy to use and clean.

I'm a pastry chef and I ordered these for individual plated desserts. They're nice quality, easy to clean and use. They make a pretty darn cute looking tart so I highly recommend.

As expected! Made a gluten free, dairy free chocolate mouse that was divine! Easy to use and clean! Can’t wait to make more tarts.

The sides are not vertical

If you are looking to make a true tart where the sides of the tart are vertical, this is not the pan. The sides are slanted and because of that, I had to be careful with filling it to the top as it ran over very easily. I have tart pans with vertical sides where this is not a problem. I would probably not have bought these if I had realized this.
