My 4 year old was hyped to get this but it was not working when it arrived. Changing the batteries is a PAIN.the cover will NOT come off without damaging the truck. The truck does not seem very durable, the ladder is pretty wonky, and the characters that came with it are missing parts. They don't move and the driver is permanently stuck in the truck so keep that in mind if that would bother your child. The characters are too big to fit in most parts of the truck and also are all men which isn't

We are using this as an incentive for our son with potty training. He’s very excited! We haven’t taken it out of the box yet to test durability, etc.
