This toy is so much more than I thought it would be . It was a great but and got here crazy fast. It made a birthday boy very happy.

If it were ust me, I wouldn't give this a high rating because the quality of the truck and characters is EXTREMELY CHEAP but my son loves this toy and often plays with it. The other thing missing, and this one is really odd, is that although it makes several different sounds, NONE OF THEM ARE ACTUAL FIRE ENGINE SIREN SOUNDS?! I was really confused by this & my son seems somewhat disappointed, but like I said, he still plays with it often.

I bought this fire truck for my 2 yr old grandson. It is well made. The fireman figures, that are included, were a big hit. He usually plays with a toy for 15-20 minutes and then on to something else. He played with the truck and the fireman for most of the day. The lights and the siren were also a big hit. The friction drive was also a good feature. Just right for a 2yr old. Would recommend!

My son enjoyed this toy for a little bit, but both of us were disappointed pretty quickly. It is called a "Fire Truck”, but it is not (in my opinion) a good replica of a real fire truck. It is more like a utility vehicle.NOISES: It has 4 buttons that make noise (engine start up, horn, driving, and "work”). I usually don’t write negative reviews but decided to write this one to warn about some issues with the truck:1/ the ladder doesn’t go up. It rotates but can be raise by about 30 degrees, which defeats the purpose. I expected my child to be able to raise firefighters to some toy houses and shelves if you know what I mean.2/ My son immediately put 2-3 figures on the ladder which cause the truck to topple and fall to the side. My almost three year old grandson loves the fire truck and people. The people really are important to the imaginative play as well as the sounds on the truck. Wonderful toy!

Picked up as a last minute thing And just ok. The plastic it’s made from feels brittle. This kids will have fun for a little while but I anticipate it will start to break. I would not have purchased if I saw it first.

I loved that it came with little firemen and made sounds but it was very very cheap plastic and the doors don't open and I just worry it won't last very long with my 4 yr old grandson. For the price it was disappointing. It's similar to the $5 fire truck at Family Dollar.

I bought this as a gift for a Christmas charity that we're involved in. It's for a 3 year old boy who loves super heroes. I bought it based on the prior reviews of this product, the description of the sounds it makes, and the price. Overall, it's fine. The Fire truck Toy is awesome and perfect for the kids.I ordered two trucks for my two children and one of them came without a fire hose at the top of the ladder. I informed the manager of the item(Sarah) that this had happened, and immediately she said she was sending a new pipe. Finally, after a few days we received a ladder, a pipe, and two dolls and the children were so happy. Thank you so much for the excellent service! I will continue to purchase your products.

I really liked this toy, but I got it as a gift and have not given it to him yet. The little figures are a great touch & I believe he will really like that. The lights & sounds are great, too.

Purchased this for my two year old son, he has played with this truck for over a year now! He absolutely loves it! He has bigger more flashy fire trucks, but every time he has the urge to play with a fire truck this one is his choice!

This was a gift for my 3 yr old grandson. He is quite happy with his new firetruck He was especially happy with the little men you were in the box with the truck. The lights and sirens are not overpowering. It is a truck he can happily enjoy.

This hook and ladder firetruck toy is excellent. It is exactly what I was looking for to give my three-year-old grandson. My only complaint is that the when the ladder is extended, it slowly lowers itself. I realize, however, for the price, this is a wonderful toy. Perhaps the truck I got just has a little glitch. I do like the fire truck. I am hoping it holds up with a 2 year old.It did say it was for 3 and up but I liked all it would do and got it anyway. My grandson AND granddaughter think it is pretty cool.
