Review on Get Fired Up With The FUNERICA Fire Truck Toy: The Perfect Birthday Gift For Kids by Ronald Cambridge

I bought this as a gift for a Christmas charity that we're involved in. It's for a 3 year old boy who loves super heroes. I bought it based on the prior reviews of this product, the description of the sounds it makes, and the price. Overall, it's fine. It's slightly smaller than what I had expected based on the pictures. The annoying factor is that it does not come with batteries, and no where in the description did it indicate this. Further, it does not take regular batteries that one can simply go to the store and buy - it takes 3 of a specific size watch (button cell) battery. The batteries I had to buy for this were more than the toy itself. The company had emailed me before I even received the item guaranteeing good customer service and that they would do whatever it took to make sure I was happy. Upon receipt of the item, I emailed them and told them what my issue was. I've yet to hear back.
