I'm 5'4" and I have three kids about 220 lbs. I ordered a 2xl I thought it may be small but it feels great kinda tricky to get on but after a few attempts I figured it out. Definitely recommend wearing bra/undershirt then another shirt over it. I spend most of my days around the house so this is a great item for extra benefits with not too expensive on cost. I love this waist trainer al thought it comes with a zipper, I had zipper it half way slide it on but it fits perfectly and very comfortable. thank you and btw i am 5’8 and about 280 lbs I prurchase the 3x

When I first received this item, I was very happy. It fit well and I liked the adjustable design. However, after only wearing it 4 (FOUR!) times, a wire started poking out of the top, making it impossible to wear. I've tried everything to try and push it back where it belongs, but it won't budge. So disappointed in this problem. The product would be great if not for the wire poking me to death right under my breast!

This product fits me well. I wore it to work and it stayed in place for the whole 7 hours and helped me sweat a lot, and absorbed most of it.

I Normally wear a 1Xl or 2XL if I want loose fitting clothes. But I ordered a 3XL just to be safe and it fits great. Very comfortable and stretchy.

I love this waist trainer! I use it on a dayily basis for about 2hrs for my work outs or to just be around the house cleaning. I completely recomend it! And its true to its size!

be mindful that sizes run extremely small, intended for smaller persons. I ordered a size XXL and it felt like a large. I normally wear a Xl -1x in clothing so I thought the XXL would fit but unfortunately it wasn’t big enough.

I had ordered my waist trainer from revain and received it not too long ago. This waist trainer looks and feels like it is going to do the job right. I honestly can say I have no complaints, it holds everything in and I am able to move around and bend and stretch without any restraints.
