Just got it and it seems solid enough so I have hopes it will be durable. The main reason I bought it was for air travel where my normal shoe horns are too long for a carry on and I had concerns about damage in checked baggage. This one is long enough for proper use and when disassembled will fit perfectly in my carry on where it won't be damaged and it will always be with me in case checked baggage is delayed or lost. Thus it's perfect in size and design for my purpose

Does what it says it does, but it doesn't seem sturdy at all, every time I use it I think the pole is going to snap. That's my review.

I liked that it is in sections, good for travel. I also like that it's long, so one doesn't have to bend over to use it.I don't like that the center part is ribbed. I know that was done for strength and to keep the item lighter (less plastic) but a solid core, or even a smooth outer hollow one would have please me more.

This is fantastic. It is able to be lengthened or shortened depending on if you're sitting or standing. My father loves it, it has helped him at home and at physical therapy (he changes shoes there). It's compact when taken down and sturdy when put together.

Does not remove socks easy and is to light duty one broke 1st time using it for sock removal. If I had not had long jeans on I would have hurt my leg.

I like how compact it becomes when broken down, makes it good for packing in small carry on baggage. Construction is surprisingly sturdy for it being all plastic and it is rigid when assembled, so if you need the rigidity to help get your shoes on, this is a better choice that the telescoping ones with a spring. I only wish it had a bag or something to keep the pieces together.

I really like the adjustable length. Good product, for being plastic. But I am afraid it may weaken and break over time, unlike a metal one. But so far so good!👌

I usually don't put my shoes on until I'm about to walk out the door, but I usually have my work clothes and backpack on by the time I'm by the door. If I sit, I'll get cat fur on them, so I finally hunted this down. Now I can put my sneakers on while standing and I don't have to bend much to get them on. This would also be great for people who have limited flexibility.

I was hesitant about ordering a plastic shoe horn but this one had more length, which I needed. So far it's working out very well! No bending, no breakage, it doesn't unscrew itself and I think it's more comfortable on the back of the foot than a metal one would be. A good buy at a good price.

This is a great product. I have arthritis in my fingers and back. It’s great first of all not to have to bend over to put on my shoe, but also not to have to stick my finger in the back and push my heel down in. That hurts. I love this product!

I’ve purchased 3 of these for my home, I love the long handle. Took one star off though because I’ve never received the sock aid as shown in the product description. That feels deceptive to me. Otherwise I like the horn.

This shie horn seams built fairly good . It is a little flimsy because it is so long but it works great you don't need to put pressure on it to use it so the flimsyness does not interfere with its use. It seems strong enough for what it is used for and I really like the length it makes putting my boots on so much easier with my arthritis.
