I absolutely love this product, I love the color and I have been looking for this color for a long time. What I like about the color is on the ash tone and perfectly matches my skin, my hair and when I turn in the sunlight it looks perfect. It took some learning curve on how to use the templates. At first I couldn’t line it up right and I had one side too high or too low. Also the template plastic was too stiff and too wide and arched. Customer service was excellent and sent me a bunch of different shapes and sizes and this time the templates were on a flexible plastic that i could hild against by head better. This brow stamp kit is wonderful. But the customer service is top notch. I recently lost some brow due to shingles at a young age. I accidentally purchased to dark but was impressed how easy it was and I had eyebrows. I did mention that maybe they could make smaller stencils and they have and they are sending with my new color! Product stays in place ALL DAY, looks nice, takes a little practice to get just right but you will love it once you get the hang of it! My only issue is the color match was wrong for me and instructions say email seller for replacement yet cannot find a way to contact seller. ?

The product delivered exactly as promised. I did have an issue with the color I chose being too dark and not being able to find an eyebrow stencil that was a "perfect" match. Contacted customer service to ask what color they would suggest I try to lighten up a shade. They sent me 2 different colors and another set of stencils to try.FREE. Their response was prompt and way more than I expected. Hard to beat this type of customer service for a product. I certainly appreciate them!

I've tried dozens of eyebrow solutions (pencils, gel, pens, powder with and without stencils) and this is by far the best product I've used to date. It's so easy to apply and it stays put!

This product is a pomade which takes more effort. It does stay on pretty well. But the clean up on the sponge is a pain! And if you don’t clean it with water and soap after each application, the sponge hardens ugh

Doing something new, I’m learning. I haven’t figured out how to place the stencil. The color is amazing! I’m sure with practice I’ll get it down. I wore it all day after I free hand my brows, lasted all day.

Does as advertised and a good price compared to other brands. My only complaint is that the color gel is somewhat hard so you have to rub the foam applicator hard into the product to get some, which results in a much darker and faker look than expected. But this can be fixed by blotting prior to applying. So far happy with the purchase all in all based on the price I paid.

Color was too taupe. His on light of heavy. Needs a few more than 5 shadows and also needs a top coat to set it.Otherwise I still give it a solid☆☆☆☆

This product is very easy to use, and the color does not smudge off and is very long lasting. I originally ordered a color that was too dark and I inquired with customer service which one of two other colors may be more suitable. They so kindly sent me replacement colors at no charge. I have never experienced friendlier assistance. Even followed up to make sure the replacement was received and was a suitable match. Truly a wonderful product and business!

This eyebrow kit is great, but the best thing about it is the company that sells it. I had picked a color that was just a little dark for me. I talked to customer service about it and they sent a whole new kit with the lighter color. No charges at all. They were great. I would recommend them all day long!

It is a little awkward in the begining. I've gotten used to the process. I've barely any eyebrows and this looks more natural than others I've tried.
