Money well spent! I just tried it on and i love it! My waist is 38in and weigh 200 and i was skeptical in the 3x bc i didnt want it to be extra big and roomy so i settled with a 2x and omg i look and feel good. Its not tight to where you cant breathe. I feel good and the velcro straps add the extra support it. It did have a subtle smell but no worry air it out and it’ll be okay. Im in love with this! I hope my feedback helped someone! I recommend this 100%.

I love my waist trainer. TRUE TO SIZE. I read reviews saying order a size bigger I’m 5’7” 123lbs I wanted to order a Xs but after reading reviews I ordered a small instead. It was to big. I received my refund in 2 days and reordered but a xs it fits PERFECT! I love the way it supports my back, very comfortable

I’m 5’4” 150lbs. I workout pretty consistently and maintain an ok diet. I bought a medium but in the first try I am already at the last row of hooks. I will be buying the small next once this one becomes too loose! . the first try my skin was a bit itchy. But i washed it and it went away. Just takes some time to get used to but over all a great product for the price!
