These cords are VERY long and will NOT affect the game's response time or playstyle. I've been using them for about two months and they still work great. I will update the review if they ever stop working. So far I've been shocked at how well these cords work! Highly recommended!

These cables are long and work as they should with no lag. They integrate seamlessly with our universal GameCube controllers and directly into the Wii system. However, we've only had it a few months and the end of the cable that connects it to the controller is already worn out and the wires are bare. Of course they still work, but for how long? I take very good care of my belongings and I'm surprised that happened.

I bought these for my whole family to play together as we didn't have enough space or cords to put everyone in one place. Unfortunately, only one of the cables works reliably, as the other sometimes stops working and/or the controller purrs uncontrollably. They work like an extension cord and I would say they extend the range of the controllers quite well. I would definitely recommend you buy these if you have spacing issues like my family does.

I bought these hoping to use them for Super Smash Bros. It was difficult to connect at first. They fit very tightly into the controller port. When I plugged in the first one, my controller's vibrate function started vibrating uncontrollably. None of my keystrokes registered. I thought maybe I just had a bad cable.
