but I'm very glad they did

I bought them a few months ago and they broke after 4 days. I tried to get a replacement through Revain but they were unable to provide a replacement under warranty. Not wanting to return the headphones I threw away the broken ones and bought another cheap pair. Today I received a replacement in the mail from GGMM with a letter of apology for the last pair. Excellent sound for the money

I have bought several different headphones, some expensive some cheap. I've only had these headphones for a few days but I have to say that for the price they absolutely can't be beat. I may change my mind if they stop working soon. I don't often give 5 stars but I just had to with them. Great product and great customer service

My review really covers three things: this set of headphones, the GGMM Hummingbird model and GGMM customer service. First, I ordered headphones of this Nightingale model. Update: 6th June 2017 To be honest these have been my favorite budget headphones for a long time. Still valid as I received it back in February. I always keep them in the little pouch that comes with them, which is probably why they still look brand new. Such a simple thing to add so much value to. The sound still plays well.
